This version is connected to the live Supabase backend for authentication and client records.
Database Structure
The live portal will use separate tables for clients, properties, equipment, service requests, appointments, service history, memberships, and documents.
How Login Will Work
Each client gets their own email/password account. Row-level security keeps one client from seeing another client's records. A&N Mechanical admin accounts can manage every client.
Live version: these records will be stored in the cloud database. Approved appointments will then sync to Google Calendar, and QuickBooks data can be linked to the same client record.
